About Us
Dr. Rachel takes a personalized approach to each patient

Dr. Rachel founded Fox and Kit Chiropractic so that she could use her skills and passion for chiropractic to help busy women, growing teens, and active kiddos. She believes that chiropractic care is an excellent rehabilitative and healing tool, but can also be used as a preventative tool to remain injury free and capable of living up to your fullest potential. Her boutique style of practice allows for individualized care for everyone that walks in the door. Raised in Conifer Colorado, she has spent the past few years exploring the midwest in Minnesota and Wisconsin with her husband. Now that they are back in the mountains, she can be found hiking on the sunny days or reading a book with a hot cup of coffee on the dreary days.

Dr. Rachel is awesome! Myself and my daughter have been seeing her since my daughter was two weeks old. She is always kind and welcoming and has made my neck and hips feel a million times better. I can not say enough good things about her.

Of course! Chiropractic school teaches us how to adjust all adults! I have chosen to pursue continuing education classes that taught me more about the unique characteristics and needs of women and children! So, while I spend my extra time nerding out about women and children, I still enjoy treating guys too!
